Two Dimensional Motion and Vectors: Introduction
Have you ever realized the fact that the water that comes out of the hose has its motion in the horizontal direction as well as vertical direction? In the same way have you ever realized that a billiard ball moves diagonally on the table and has motion in the horizontal direction as well as vertical direction? Usually horizontal motion is considered as motion along the x-axis and vertical motion is considered as motion along the y-axis.
